Under the subscription you have full usage rights to your website. If you want to purchase it outright (one-time fee), that is possible on request — just ask us.
No — that is intentional. That is exactly what the monthly support hours are for: text changes, new images, price updates and so on — just send us a message via WhatsApp or email and we take care of it. That keeps your site clean, fast and professional, with nothing breaking from a wrong click.
Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance (15, 30 or 60 minutes): updating text, swapping images, changing opening hours, minor design tweaks — whatever you need. Unused time does not expire immediately but is carried over by agreement. Larger work (new pages, features) is billed at the hourly rate of your plan.
Yes, 12 months — that is necessary so we can cover setup, design and configuration at no extra charge. After the first year everything continues monthly, cancellable with one month's notice.
Annual billing saves you 10 % on the monthly package price — on the Business plan that is over €35 per year. On top of that, the hourly rate for additional work drops from €120 to €95/h. If you plan to run the site long-term anyway, annual billing is the smarter choice.
The text package (one-time €149) means we write all your website content for you — headlines, descriptions, calls to action. You provide us with your business information and we craft it to convert. Ideal if you don't have time to write copy yourself, or simply want it to sound professional.
After cancellation your website continues to run normally until the end of the paid term. After that it goes offline. You can of course request a one-time purchase quote at any time if you want to keep it.
Yes, always. You get a preview link and give your approval before anything goes live. Minor corrections are handled directly in this phase.
