Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website well – with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or on a small screen. This statement applies to www.proplex.io. The German version is legally binding.
1.Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.
We built the website to these criteria from the start. On 6 October 2026 we tested all of its roughly 130 pages in both languages, on desktop and on a phone, automatically with axe: apart from the points listed below, no violations of WCAG 2.2 AA were found. Automated tests only find some of the possible barriers, though; the manual audit with keyboard and screen reader is still in progress. Until it is complete and the known points are fixed, we honestly rate the site "partially conformant".
2.What we do
- Clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link
- Fully operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus
- Text contrast of at least 4.5 : 1; information never conveyed by colour alone
- Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels
- Forms with visible labels, understandable error messages and an error summary
- Text alternatives for informative images
- Animations switch off when you have set "reduce motion" in your system; videos can be paused
- Usable up to 400 % zoom or 320 pixels width without horizontal scrolling
- The language of every page is declared (German or English)
- No captcha puzzles: the spam protection in the contact form runs in the background
3.Known limitations
- Mampfplan app page: the numbered steps show white digits on orange with too little contrast (2.7 : 1). We are adjusting the colours.
- Terms as PDF: the PDF version of our terms is not fully tagged for accessibility. The same text is available accessibly as a web page.
- Videos: our videos are decorative and have no sound; they carry no information that is not also in the text.
- Blog and project content: images and texts are maintained editorially. If a text alternative is missing anywhere, please let us know and we will add it.
- Linked websites: this statement does not cover third-party websites we link to (e.g. client projects, social media).
We fix issues as we find them and record the result here.
4.Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 5 October 2026 based on a self-assessment during development and updated on 6 October 2026 with the results of the automated test. We review it once manual testing is complete, then at least once a year and after major changes to the website.
