AI & automation

We are your contact for AI in your company – from the first idea to day-to-day operation. We come to you, find the processes AI can take over and automate them: reading and filing invoices, sorting the inbox, preparing the accounting. We build AI into your website, app or software, set up agents and assistants for your team and a second brain that keeps learning. All of it compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act, with data in the EU wherever possible – secure and maintainable.

Invoices, e-mails, filing: we find the work in your business that AI can take over and automate it – compliant with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Scope

What you get

  • Automation with AI

Reading invoices and e-mails, filing receipts, preparing the accounting – every office task that repeats runs by itself. You only approve.

  • AI agents & assistants

AI systems of your own – from a set-up agent like OpenClaw or Hermes Agent to an internal assistant that knows your company knowledge.

  • Second brain with Obsidian

Your knowledge from documents, e-mails and projects in one place. It keeps learning and answers with sources.

  • On-site process analysis

We look at your workflows, talk to the team and show what can be automated – and what cannot.

  • AI in your software

Chatbots, smart search and document understanding built right into your website, app, PWA or web app.

  • Connected to your tools

Inbox, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting, CRM or ERP – we connect to what is already there.

  • Training & AI literacy

We get your team confident with AI – as Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires.

Use cases

In plain terms: what AI takes over in your business.

Good candidates come back every week, work with data and need no real decision. These are the six areas where we find them most often. The AI prepares, you approve.

  • Accounting & invoices

Receipts arrive in your accounting ready to go.

    • Read incoming invoices from e-mail and scans automatically
    • Name invoices and file them in your folders or accounting software
    • Collect receipts for your tax adviser and flag what is missing
  • E-mail & inbox

The inbox sorts itself. Replies wait as drafts.

    • Sort e-mails by topic and urgency and forward them
    • Pre-qualify enquiries and ask for missing details
    • Draft replies in your company's tone
  • Documents & filing

Delivery notes, contracts, forms: read, understood, filed correctly.

    • Transfer data from PDFs and scans into your systems
    • Name, tag and file documents automatically
    • Check contracts and quotes for deadlines and deviations
  • Customer service

Fast answers around the clock – and a person when one is needed.

    • A chatbot on your website or in your app that answers from your content
    • Answer recurring questions, take appointments and reservations
    • Clearly labelled as AI, with handover to your team
  • Knowledge & second brain

Company knowledge that no longer depends on individual people.

    • A second brain in Obsidian that learns with every project
    • Ask in plain language, get answers with sources
    • Onboard new staff with your own documents
  • Agents & assistants

AI systems of your own that get tasks done – within clear limits.

    • Set up and secure agents like OpenClaw or Hermes Agent
    • An internal assistant with access to your tools and knowledge
    • Reports, planning and routines that run by themselves

GDPR & EU AI Act

AI that holds up legally. From day one.

GDPR, EU AI Act, data security: we know the rules in detail and build them into every solution. Your data stays in the EU wherever possible. And you have one contact for everything – from analysis to operation.

  • Data protection under GDPR

Legal basis, data processing agreements with every provider, data minimisation and deletion periods – properly documented.

  • Data in the EU

Our servers in the EU, providers' EU data centres or self-hosted models when data should not leave the building.

  • Risk classes

We classify every use case under the EU AI Act – minimal, transparency obligation, high-risk or prohibited – before a line of code is written.

  • Transparency (Art. 50)

People talking to an AI or receiving AI content must be able to tell. We build labelling in from the start.

  • AI literacy (Art. 4)

Since February 2025 your team must be able to use AI competently. We train hands-on and document it.

  • Secure & maintainable

Only the access that is needed, a log of every action, updates and monitoring. Anything that moves money or goes out is approved by a person.

Process

How we get there

  1. 1. On-site analysis

We come to you, look at the workflows and talk to the people who do them every day.

  2. 2. Potential & law

You see what AI can take over, what it brings and which obligations apply under GDPR and the AI Act.

  3. 3. First automation

One process, one system. The first version usually runs after about two weeks.

  4. 4. Approval & training

We define what the AI may do alone and get your team ready for it.

  5. 5. Operation & expansion

We support, monitor and improve – and automate the next process.

FAQ

Questions about AI

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes, if it is set up properly – and that is exactly what we do. We clarify the legal basis, sign data processing agreements with every provider, give the AI only the data it needs and set deletion periods. Everything is documented. This does not replace a lawyer's review of the individual case.

Where does the data run?

In the EU wherever possible: on our own servers, in providers' EU data centres or with self-hosted models when data should not leave the building. If we use a model from a US provider, we tell you openly and secure it with a data processing agreement and the necessary safeguards. With Anthropic's and OpenAI's business APIs, your data is not used for training by default.

What is an AI agent?

An AI that does not just answer but acts. A chatbot gives you text. An agent gets tools and uses them: it reads the inbox, files documents, adds appointments or pulls figures from accounting – across several steps and systems. What it may do alone and what a person approves, we define together. We set up and secure open agents like OpenClaw or Hermes Agent for companies.

Do I need new software for this?

Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use – inbox, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, accounting, CRM or industry software. Only if something is missing do we add it, such as a simple screen for approvals.

What does getting started cost?

We deliberately start small: one process, one automation. After the analysis you get a written quote for this first version. On top come running costs for the AI models, billed by usage – we estimate them with you up front. In Austria, digitalisation projects can often get funding; we help you find the right programme.

What is a second brain with Obsidian?

A knowledge system for your company: documents, processes, decisions and project knowledge as linked notes in Obsidian. The notes are plain files that belong to you – no lock-in to a provider. An AI keeps adding new knowledge and answers questions in plain language, with a source for every answer.

What does the EU AI Act require of my company?

For most companies, mainly two things: AI literacy in the team (Art. 4, since February 2025) and transparency when people interact with AI or receive AI content (Art. 50). High-risk uses – for example in hiring decisions – carry stricter duties. We classify your case and implement the obligations technically; this does not replace a lawyer's review of the individual case.

Do you use AI agents yourselves?

Yes, every day. Our own work dashboard plans, documents and reviews with AI agents – with exactly the approval rules we recommend to you. What we build for you, we have tested on ourselves first.
