The Proplex Dashboard is our own web app that the whole company works in: projects, time tracking, team, CRM, finance and the inquiries from this website. AI agents read and write through its own MCP interface – but only as far as their person's permissions reach.

Challenge
Projects in GitLab, hours in spreadsheets, customers in people's heads, invoices in Invoice Ninja – and AI tools that knew none of it. We wanted one place where people and agents work from the same facts.
Solution
- One PWA for everything: projects, tasks, time & team, CRM, finance, website inquiries
- Push notifications to your phone, e.g. for new inquiries or pending approvals
- MCP server: AI agents like Claude read and write with their person's permissions – every action, including every denied one, goes into the audit log
- AI register under the EU AI Act: every AI feature with purpose, model, data, human oversight and risk class
- Finance: quotes and invoices as PDFs, cash flow and bank statements from Google Drive
- Connected to Google Drive, GitLab, Invoice Ninja, Publer and Stripe
Result
Agents handle the routine, such as turning daily notes into tickets – people decide what gets built. And we don't sell anything we don't use every day ourselves.
Technology
Next.js 15 as a PWA, Supabase with PostgreSQL and row-level security, sign-in via Google, a second factor (TOTP) for management – enforced in the database too – and our own MCP server. Privacy by design: only management sees finance, and agents never get more rights than their human.
