WG28: student house in Villach
We built the website for WG28, a student house near FH Kärnten in Villach. Students from abroad see the rooms, prices and house rules before they arrive – and get in touch directly by phone or email.

Challenge
Students moving to Villach often look for a room from abroad and want to know exactly what they're getting into. That takes answers in English – and trust.
Solution
- House plan: eight rooms on two floors, each with its spot on the floor plan and a photo
- Prices and house rules without small print, plus a photo gallery
- A page about Villach and a table of distances and travel times to the university, the centre and the station
- Direct contact by phone and email; content editable in the CMS
Result
Everything that matters, in English, in one place – anyone who gets in touch has already seen the rooms, prices and rules.
Technology
Next.js 15 with Payload CMS 3 and PostgreSQL, SEO plugin, sitemap and own cookie management.
