Questions about Photo & video
How much does a shoot or brand film cost?
It depends on shoot days, locations, number of subjects and editing effort. After a short briefing you get a written quote with a clear scope and the usage rights.
How soon do I get the results?
Photos usually within one to two weeks after the shoot, videos a little later depending on length and editing. We fix the exact schedule in the quote.
What is a hero video and why does my page still load fast?
A hero video is a short, silent loop at the very top of the website. We keep it short, compress it heavily, show a preview image first and load the video only when it is needed – so the page stays fast.
May I use the photos and videos everywhere?
What you may use the footage for – website, social media, print or advertising – is agreed up front in the quote. So there are no surprises later.
What about employees and customers in the shot?
Anyone recognisable must consent. We prepare the consent forms and make sure on set that nobody appears unintentionally.
