For TEAMMISSION on Villach's main square we built the website, online booking and an operator dashboard in one. Guests book in seconds; the team sees bookings, rooms and vouchers in one place.

Challenge
Classic rooms, VR missions, an outdoor adventure – and bookings, vouchers and group sizes spread across several channels and an external tool. Far too much admin for a team that would rather be running games.
Solution
- Booking in seconds: mission, time, group size – only free slots, the price works itself out
- No double bookings: rooms sharing a calendar block each other, synced with Google Calendar
- Self-service: guests change their booking via a signed link and redeem voucher codes right in the booking
- Gift vouchers in several designs: an invoice with a QR code for the bank transfer, the voucher PDF follows once the payment is in
- Dashboard: calendar, rooms, blocked slots, invoices, email templates and automatic reminders
Result
Bookings come in around the clock, right on the escape room's own website. The external booking tool is gone, and bookings, vouchers and invoices live in one place.
Technology
Next.js 16, Prisma and PostgreSQL, Google Calendar API, Resend, PDFs with React PDF, an audit log for every change; booking logic tested with Jest, accessibility checked against WCAG 2.1 AA.
